When mine were pulled they slipped right out and I was good the next day or so.
Most people I know weren't so lucky. If you do come to the event, you'll need to bring plenty of mouth-wash. You have to rinse out basically after eating or drinking anything.

Make the event? Possibly.
Be active, running around, and be in combat? Maybe, not so much.
Entertaining to watch while you are drugged up? Most definitely

But it's safe to say that I had probably one of the worst experiences - apart from people who have died - of having your wisdom teeth removed.
The real issue that I think will determine how good you'll be feeling afterwards is whether the teeth have grown roots, and if so, if they have descended to the jaw bone. If so, ouchy. If not, you probably won't be that bad off.
Rob's advice about the mouthwash is A+, and I think the rest is hard to anticipate.

Also, when the meds from the shots wear off.. you're gonna feel like your dead.

In all honesty, odds are you should not go to KR. You may feel okay, but one good whack to the jaw is going to wreck your world.

Make sure the oral surgeon looks closely at the x-rays and your wisdom tooth isn't fused to your jaw bone... cause if it is, no amount of pulling will get it out... trust me. Things went easier after the second x-ray.

are you out of your mind.
Wow... no one has ever called me that... and I'm older than you.
I'll leave it to your good judgement on what you will do. Good luck at the dentist and I hope it doesn't become a MattWhite-like situation for you.

Looking over the stories and comparing them to mine I'd say it's a coin toss, so see how you feel.
I had mine out and was working the same day. Ok, I was sitting in front of the computer weaving a bit on oxycodone, but I got through a full day. And mine was not an "easy" extraction.
All four out at once, two of them broke and he had to break two out of my jaw. Some bone came out with one of those two. True no amount of "pulling" would have gotten it out--but apparently an impatient, or talented--im not sure which--surgeon can rock it back and forth and crack it out of your jaw in relatively short order. It sounded hideous, and he told me some bone came with it, but again, no pain. Just. . .weird.
For the record, I was conscious during the procedure with just Novocaine. No pain at all during the surgery. Afterwards, I was a bit sore, but, I had no swelling to speak of, (however, I did follow the instructions regarding ice packs for the first several hours so that probably helped) so I was pretty much fine as soon as the bleeding stopped, which was about 48 hours later. I wouldn't plan much for those first two days except to enjoy the meds and the naps.
And much as I hate to contradict folks on this board, especially folks I respect and who generally give sound advice, I actually had the mouthwash conversation with my surgeon, and I was told sternly to wash with saltwater only for a few weeks as mouthwash inhibits healing. I'd talk to your surgeon about it before I go that route.
Bottom line, I'd say you'll know that friday if you'll be going to the event or not.

Now after scaring the piss out of you, you'll probably go in and have them come out in no time, and feel better an hour later (which is what happened when my wisdom tooth was pulled when I was younger).

Friend of mine was disgustingly ill in bed for about 2 weeks afterward.
I was walking around, fine, eating fried chicken, like... maybe 2 hours I had them pulled.

Your best case scenario may be a foot up by your head, pliers and burning tooth dust from a drill, saw or grinder.
Another bonus may be nerve endings wrapped around the roots which if removed improperly can paralyze your face.
Have a great day!!

But, y'know, I kinda like living. Just me.
I need to get some wisdom teeth pulled. One's all impacted, it makes me sad.
I think you'll be fine, but that's just me.

PC of the Month
Jen Fiore as Croínamara
Often we see characters get heavily invested in a weekend story and tend to become a major player in how the events unfold. It is less often that a character has such a direct impact in the weekend and story. This month, Croínamara took a chance and summoned a hero of legend to help face off against a looming danger. She did everything in her power to help and keep everyone informed and go above and beyond what we normally see come out of her. To say we were impressed with how she ran with the story would be an understatement. Jen, please don't ever stop raising the bar!Jen Fiore as Croínamara
