OK, this is the same as last event. Basically no one can really show up until 5pm. Only at 5PM are we allowed to go passed the gate and enter the buildings, even then, their is the chance the group before us will run over by 15 or so minutes, like they did last time.
As a side note, please keep this in mind if you are coming with food and do not show up until 5. Even if you have food, you are not supposed to be able to get it into the fridge in the kitchen until they give us the go ahead.
As for Set-up. I would like a handful of volunteers to arrive at the camp around 3PM to help me mess around in the storage shed a bit before the event. Get the boxes ready and perhaps throw some more stuff out. I can only have a few people show up early with me, so if you are interested, send me a PM to let me know, and I will respond back to you to let you know if I will need the help.
