Friday of the Event!

Arrival Time!
Arrival time is not until 5pm. Please do not show up until then, meaning you should not be parking your cars in front of the inn, until after 5PM. Even then, it may be 5:10 – 5:15 before we are allowed to pass the gate. Until you are given permission by myself or the Ranger, do not cross the gate, not even to use the restroom. Please plan to arrive according. This is the last Friday the girls scouts are there, and they are extremely particular about us not entering the camp for any reason whatsoever, until they leave.

Set-Up!
I will need at least a dozen people who will be willing to do nothing but help me set up from 5pm to 7pm. Likewise, you cannot hang out in the inn at this time if you are not actively helping, because you will no doubt get in the way.  If you are interested in helping me set up from 5pm to 7pm, please let me know via PM.

Early Locker Clean-up
I need a maximum of three to four people helping me re-clean and organize the storage locker from 3 – 5 pm. These people must park in the parking lot near the rangers house, and walk over to the locker to meet me at 3pm. Please use the restroom at the local pizza shop before coming, because once arriving, we ONLY have access to the back locker area and no other part of the camp. Please send me a PM if you are interested in helping me with that. I will reply to let you know if I still need your help or if the slots are filled. Thanks!

Why isn't "The Health Lodge" the Guard Barracks / Statehouse, rather than only the Pendarvin statehouse? It's a bit lopsided that only Pendarvin gets a statehouse proper.

How many years was it the Alisandria Statehouse?

I'm throwing Pendarvin a Bone this weekend. Next event at Sac it will be a different statehouse. I'll rotate allowing the different lands to use that building for a while. Only fair way I can think to do it.

The Tent group behind the Baraks

Jason has cloned his character? And intends for them all to stand in one place all weekend? Fascinating, but could you tell us where the Baraks will be this event for those of us planning ahead? I'm sure that once we arrive at the camp they'll be obvious to spot, decked out in their trademark Tellinghast tabards...

Will we get a PM telling us if we are to come early, I.E. 3-5 pm soon? Or if we don't get a PM should we assume that we just show up at 5?
