t, a heart-felt thanks to all who donated money last event.  Other than doing the laundry, my contribution was the smallest it has been in some time.

For the Moresca Ball we will need the following:

"Fancy" heavy duty paper plates, both large and small
Same pattern hot cups
Same pattern Napkins
High Quality plasticware - Geoff S will be taking care of this.

Last ball I bought a "harvest" pattern at BJs which was well received by James.  To cover the remainder, it will take no more than $50 (vs $25 for the regular stuff we purchase in much greater quantities).  If anyone wants to commit to paying some of this, double service points will be awarded.  Any excess (HAH!) will be used to offset the November Event/Festival or December Event's needs.

Please PM me if interested.

Depending on how many they serve, each can qualify as a dessert.  Think of a pie, and that amount is a dessert.  See mee after you get your card and I will give you SPs for both the money and the food.

I saw 'silver' plates & plasic utensils at BJs. they look great. It would be awesome if that is what we use for the Ball.
(and far easier than washing all the plates at my house the morning after!  ;) )

Easier for whom?  ;D ;D

The plastic  ware is probably the same.  I can buy anything as far as plates go, but last ball I got something with a color pattern of sorts, along with matching cups and napkins.  If you can tell me the particulars on the manufacturer I can get it, or if you want, you can pick it up and I will reimburse you.  Let me know how you want to work this.

It was just a suggestion.
You were asking for donations so I gave an idea of what type to get, if possible.
I don't know the manufacturer, only that I've seen them at BJs for about a year. They are usually around at holiday season. same brand as the 'silver' plastic ware.

I don't know that I'd be making a trip there in a time frame that would leave us prepared, so I don't think I should pick them up.

Like I said, it was just a suggestion, so please, get whatever is convenient for you.
