Commodity Card Recycling Drive

This is a call to all Players to seek out, collect, and return any Commodity Cards they have OOG that may be lying around their homes.

I know from past experience that the cards tend to pile up in unusual places, and don't always come back to events - which means we need to print up more, which then wind up as even more cards in someone's sock drawer.

If between now and the Ball / Festival, while doing KR laundry or otherwise cleaning up, people can quickly collect & bag / rubber band their unused cards, and turn them in during check-in, it would help greatly with avoiding spending money on printing new cards.  On the other hand, if they are still valid In-Game, collect them all, bring them to an Event, and either turn them in for build, trade them, or sell them for coin!
