Owning the camp gives us an entirely new dimension to consumable stores. The goal will be to have more than an event's needs on hand to eliminate those instances in which we run out. James has authorized double SPs for contributions to offset costs. Each month requires between $100 and $160 of purchases, the exact items varying. Just to give you an idea, the January Event will need the following:
1 gallon Vegetable oil
1 gallon Olive oil
1 brick Toilet Paper
1 brick paper towels (I want to get extra)
5 sharpies
1 Canister Swiss Miss
4 Canisters sugar drink mix
1 Box contractor trash bags
1 box plastic forks
2.5# coffee
Luis and I will perform a complete physical inventory in three weeks, and then will be able to refine things.
SPs will be awarded as follows:
$5 = 200
$10 = 400
$20 = 800
For those of you who are new players, there are myriad ways to earn SPs without spending money. There are also all sorts of things besides the monthly build on which you can spend it. I urge you to peruse the rules, speak with a Rules Marshal or post on the appropriate forum to find out more.
