Rules Update: Balance Armor was created by Ardentfyre (Ardentfyre)
In an effort to make warriors more effective while wearing armor we've made a slight change to the way Balance Armor and Armor Efficiency interact with each-other.
[hr]
Rank II: Balance Armor
Traits: Crafting, Creation
This ability allows a smith to increase the AP Rating of a piece or suit of armor to one and a half times the normal AP Rating, at a cost of one tenth the normal AP rating in CP; the process requires one fifth the normal AP rating in minutes to complete. The increased AP Rating can be utilized once, regardless of whether the AP bestowed reach the extended maximum or not. After the armor is depleted back down to within its normal AP Rating, the armor will have to be balanced again in order to exceed its normal AP Rating. A piece or suit of armor can only be balanced once per event. The time and Crafting Point cost of this ability is not modified by the quality or material of the target item. This ability cannot be used on armor that has been ritually enchanted.
* Removed: "This ability cannot be stacked with the skill Armor Efficiency."

Can someone check up on Liam to make sure he didn't have a heart attack?

Does the effect of "Armor Efficiency" take place before or after the effect of "Balance Armor"?

They would both be off the base value of the armor, so +50% and +25% = +75% overall.

And people told me I was crazy for learning armor efficiency. So worth it and then some now.

Only because I get to invoke a High School Math Rule:
AP Total = Base x (100% + 25% for A.E. + 50% for B.A.)
Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally.

Brother Germaine: "I just thought you all should know that earlier tonight we killed T'bal."
*blank stares*
Arlington: "Huzzah?"
Brother Germaine: "You know, the enemy that has menaced us for over a year and murdered many of our friends? He's dead."
*a couple of nods*
Arlington: "I believe you can attribute our subdued response to the fact that we're eating bacon."
Brother Germaine: "You have bacon?"
