Character Card Updates

As of this posting all character cards from the July event have been updated in the card system. New player cards and new entries into the database should be completed by midnight tonight. All email questions will be answered by midnight.

We sent an e-mail yesterday to follow up on a character card and never heard back. Is there any way we can check if the card ever got entered? We do not have a character number, but can provide the player and character name.

The folks that are updating cards are working very hard to get to everything.

Please, everyone, have patience. We are going to print tonight with cards that are already done and then we'll be printing again on Friday before the event anything that needs to be changed between now and then.

At this point there is a backlog of emails to go through. You will receive a reply when your email has been processed.

If you still haven't gotten a reply by THURSDAY NOON, please send a polite followup.

Sorry, didn't mean to cause a problem. Its my fault for not following up on this card last month and waiting until this close to the event.

What if you already are logged in to the system under your email, and created a new PC? I ask because that is what's going on with me. Do I need to resend an email? Or will it be updated to my current account without sending another email?

Your email account and password can be linked to more than one character. You will not get an email when the new character is created however, so simply log in and check to see if you can see your new character.

Currently I can't see my second character.
