OOG: This post is an extension of the prologue and the information contained in it should be considered like rumors that you may or may not have picked up at your own discretion.
The winter chill is now at its coldest. Supplies are running low but with careful planning should hold out until spring. Every day a new house is built or an old one is repaired. Refugees are finding work and putting down roots. The nightmare scenario may have been avoided.
But not all of the news that arrives is good.
The volcano known as Honor's Peak in Pendarvin has been more active of late with a near constant low rumbling sound coming from it and occasional tremors that are felt a surprising distance away. Some folks are getting skittish.
Reports have also come in that Hellock Keep in Ostcliff has nearly fallen into anarchy. There have been several members of the guard murdered while on their rounds, bodies left in the streets. Refugees are hoarding food or stealing it claiming that there is favoritism being show by to certain groups of people or discrimination against others. 40 people died during one food riot because of a stampede. If order is not established soon things will get much worse very fast.
Fairglen on Hope, Alisandria, has seen an increase in the worship of Enax after some very effective displays of maintaining public order in the name of Enax have been performed there. And rumor has it that some crimes in Lennorton of Alisandria were stopped by some fairly sophisticated traps that caught the thief red handed without injuring them. Crime there has dropped significantly. Lennorton has also seen an increase in the affluence of the refugees. When pressed for where their money came from many of them said they won it at cards.
The Gypsy Camp outside of Port Valandria, Dreaga'Mire, has reached its capacity. Some folks are claiming that it is haunted but others dismiss it as an attempt to try to get people to leave the area. Either way the folks are not leaving and word has it that Lord Aleister Tartaros has sent word to the Baro of the Gypsies that he'd like to have a sit down chat with him.

OOG -- Land System Actions will NOT open again until after the March Alt Event.
I will be using this time to make some changes to the land system and may be asking people to test out some things for me to make sure that its all working. If you happen to submit an action between the March Event and the March Alt Event it will NOT count. Please hold off on trying to use the Land System again until after the March Alt Event.
Thank you,
