Kitchen Refrigerator Rules

As some of you may have seen during the June feast, we posted a sign on each portion of the kitchen refrigerators explaining what each portion is to be used for, and the rules for using them. The text of these signs has been cleared by Luis, though they may be subject to change. For reference, I am posting the text of the signs here.

Note that the order of the refrigerator portions is from closest to the ovens to furthest from the ovens.


Unauthorized food in this side of the fridge may be used, given away or discarded by the on-duty kitchen marshal or kitchen staff at their discretion.

Taking food from this portion of the fridge except for use in feast or kitchen provided meals is considered in violation of kitchen policy and may warrant a Rules Warning/Violation.

This part of the fridge should only contain food specifically purchased for Feast and/or Kitchen provided Meals.

No individual food should be included in this side of the fridge for any reason, even if labeled with your name, unless you have the express permission of Luis or James.



Unauthorized food in this side of the fridge may be used, given away or discarded by the on-duty kitchen marshal or kitchen staff at their discretion.

Taking food that is not labeled as yours from this portion of the fridge except for use in feast or kitchen provided meals is considered in violation of kitchen policy and may warrant a Rules Warning/Violation.


This part of the fridge should only contain food
a) specifically purchased for Feast and/or Kitchen provided Meals.
b) Kitchen Marshal/staff Food, properly labeled.
c) Medicine that needs refrigerating.

Other food may be stored on this side of fridge with the express permission of Luis or James, or temporarily with the permission of the on duty marshal. However, any food in this portion may be used for Kitchen/official uses as needed.




No food may be stored in this side of the fridge. Unauthorized food in this side of the fridge may be used, given away or discarded by of the on-duty kitchen marshal or other kitchen staff at their discretion.

This portion of the fridge is for BOTTLES only. Kitchen bottles containing either flavored beverages or water may be stored on these shelves.

If you take a bottle from this side of the fridge, please return it to the bar or the kitchen when you are done with it.

If you are assigned to fill and/or clean and fill bottles, they should be put in this portion of the fridge.

This portion of the fridge can be used for storage of food, so long as it is properly labeled.

Food Must be Labeled with a) Full Name or First name and last initial, so that we can identify whose food it is. If you are comfortable doing so, your character number can also be placed on the item to assist in identifying you.

This fridge shall be cleared out at 2:00 on Sunday. Any food not claimed by 4:00 on Sunday may be given away, discarded or consumed at the discretion of the kitchen staff.

Other food may be stored on this side of fridge with the express permission of Luis or James, or temporarily with the permission of the on duty marshal. However, any food in this portion may be used for Kitchen/official uses as needed.
