Given the circumstances of the weekend, I have a few things I'd like everyone to be aware of when preparing.
Friday Night! It is very important you are all at opening ceremonies! (Not because I'm going to call Lay-on and jump you with anything... this month!) Since we are not presently in the proper, it doesn't make much sense to be in the Inn! We will be starting game elsewhere on camp, so do bundle up if you are worried!
Secondly, setting up your sleeping areas! Last I checked, no one had time to pack up their belongings at the last event before evacuating. So it is fine that your beds are set up. However, in the spirit of what is going on, I ask you trash your home a little bit in your set up! Make it look like you haven't been there in a month and all sorts of bad things might have happened! It's up to you how you want to make it look, but I strongly encourage taking the state houses and other IG areas you have and making it look like some not so exciting things went down.
I hope you're ready!

For those of us who weren't in Travance (like we have 10ish people who were in coast haven last month), what do we do about our sleeping spaces?

For those who want to go the extra mile (I solidly encourage doing so!)
Do something to save the bed in your room (Place some things on the bed, clear it with the rest of your roommates, etc.) and if you can manage, carry your stuff into town during its retaking. This is a good time to really amp up the adventure and intensity you bring to the weekend and really get in the mindset of coming back!
Otherwise, no one will hold it against you for having your stuff set up already.

Two questions Steve
1. Those of us that are husks we should up to announcements then right over to logistics right? Also we bring our own weapons and items cards for this as well right?
2. And what was destroied of area notes in the way of forges, altars. Etc.
As I was not there so asking about physreps for these items

What about people who are going to be very late? I'm likely not going to stroll into town till somewhere between 3 and 5 am. Or does that not really matter at that point?

If you are arriving late and NOT playing a husk then congratulations you just arrive late to the party! Maybe make the unpacking your stuff thing more in game than out of game so you can RP your actual arrival with people.
If you are a playing a husk and arriving on time be at logistics at 9:30 PM. Anything that would be covered for opening ceremonies will be covered for you there.
If you are a husk and arriving late. Find one of the story tellers. We'll figure out what we need to do from there.
See you guys tomorrow!
