(It recently was pointed out that I had this announcement on FB for a while and not on the regular website! Sorry about that!)

When: October 19th to 23rd
5 Days! Wed Noon to Sunday Noon

What:
Before winter hits use our 200-acre campground facilities for relaxation, socializing, getting in tune with nature and gaming!

We will not be running many organized events, but instead will be providing a getaway location for you and your friends to enjoy your week however you want to.

- Boats will be available for boating during the day. Fishing allowed.
- Inexpensive firewood will be available to purchase for campfires.
- Trails and relaxation areas will be freshly cut and manicured.
- There will be tables set aside for open gaming in the main hall, but feel free to run games anywhere, including around a campfire!
- Wi-Fi on most areas of camp.
- Drinking will be allowed for responsible adults only. No over-intoxicated disruptiveness will be tolerated.
- Friday and Saturday night there will be a KR Run Larp role-play event.

Full Event Ticket – With KR Build ($100)
- Come and go as you please for the full five days! Sleeping space is first come.

Camp Sac Retreat - Friday Night Role-Play Encounter!
Here is the first of two Knight Realms role-play encounters that will take place at the Camp Sac Gaming Retreat.

The Last House
You find yourself in a lavishly elegant set of rooms with a fine spread of wine and cheeses, and either the familiar or unfamiliar face of Klarington Everest, the Time Reaver. Why are you here and why does here appear to be a single manor house floating through the nether sphere at the end of time? Perhaps there is a purpose, perhaps something minor to glean, see or find to bring back with you. Perhaps someone somewhere in sometime needs help. Perhaps you simply have been given the opportunity to pick the brain of Arawyn’s most enigmatic time sorcerer. Whichever it is, one discernable detail stands out… there is a great clock in one of the rooms and it is still ticking…

This event will be taking place in the camp owners apartment and the area underneath. It will start at 10PM and last for many hours. When you arrive simply go up the stairs by logistics, go inside and act as if you have appeared there mysteriously. Please note that at no other time during this retreat should you be entering the camp owners apartment unless he is actively bringing you inside.

I can't make it Wednesday or Thursday due to work. I would like to show up Friday Night and stay until Sunday.

Is there an option between the full week, and the Saturday only?

In consideration for those who would appreciate another option, I will add an additional "no build" option in between the other two "no build" prices.

Camp Sac Retreat– Saturday Night Role-Play Encounter!
Here is the second of two Knight Realms role-play encounters that will take place at the Camp Sac Gaming Retreat.

Late Night at the Dragon’s Claw
After Hours… at the Dragon’s Claw Inn! Travance’s infamous innkeeper and philanthropist Jonas Kane bartends on a glorious night of drinks on the house! Your favorite most potent beverages are well stocked and ready for your grabby hands to grasp for free of charge! It’s usually a jam packed night, and who knows what interesting gossip the bartender is sitting on?

Those who are over 21 may bring either a six-pack of beer or a bottle of wine, if you do so you must have a label on the package that clearly states your characters name, and you must hand that package to Jonas before the event starts. Throughout the night ask Jonas for “your usual” perhaps with a clever reminder of which drink is yours and he’ll hook you up with your drink. Expect that the bartender will be keeping an observation and anyone who appears to be real life disruptive will be cut off. Expect a night of fun and laid back RP with the allowance for adults to enjoy a responsible consumption of libation. If you don’t drink alcohol bring your favorite soda or anything else! What interesting gossip might the bartender and the inns patrons hold? RP only, no combat.

Camp Sacajawea Autumn Retreat Details:

Check in
- For Wed to Friday Night you simply need to locate me on camp to check in. If you have trouble locating me you can text me at: 908-917-7120 and I will find you. Wed night and Thursday and Friday morning I will make an attempt to be located at the bar in the main house.
- For Saturday Morning I will primarily be at the bar in the main house to check you in, but if you arrive and cannot find me you can text me.
- You will not be receiving your card, but I must record your chosen attendance option in my attendance binder in order for you to receive the appropriate credit.

Sleeping Space
- No sleeping space is being reserved or specifically designated for this event. Feel free to look for any open space upon your arrival.

Weather and Clothes
- During the day it is still nice, though at night the temperature can get a bit chilly. Please remember to bring the appropriate clothing and supplies for fall weather.

Open Activities
- The format of the retreat is “Enjoy it however you want”. With the exception of the Friday night and Sat night Knight Realms RP encounters there is no schedule.
- Get together and play games, or socialize, or just relax. Enjoy your time with friends or by yourself. Relax by the lake, spend some time on a boat, and explore all the trails or the deepest untouched areas of the camp.
- I will likely be on camp for the whole event, and will make myself available to sit and chat with whoever wants to chat with me about anything. Just find me and strike up a conversation.

What if you bring Wine coolers or hard cider or something instead?
