Week in the Life, June 6-10, 2018! was created by Morwenne (Morwenne)
For this year’s Week in the Life (6/6 – 6/10), I’m doing something a little different.
From Wednesday to Saturday afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to design your own custom mod site. The tomb of an ancient Sultan has been destroyed, and its up to you to rebuild it as you see fit. I’ll be providing you with specifications, but you get to trap it, and make false walls, and honestly just go 100% ham. When your time is up, I get to put my NPCs through it. Sounds crazy fun, right?
In order to get everyone on the same page, I’m going to be holding a minimum of (2) Discord Q&A sessions. The first will be tomorrow, Tuesday, May 22nd at roughly 8:00 PM, in General Chat 1. The big thing I want to cover is traps. Specifically, what is and is not allowed. After the Q&A I’ll be posting highlights on the forums, and linking it to the FB page. (Link to the KR Discord server HERE )
I know you’re all going to have so many questions, so I’ve created a temporary text channel named # ask-week-in-the-life on our Discord. I’m going to do my best to keep an eye on it while I’m at work, so please be patient with me. You can also reach out to me on FB and I’ll do my best to respond to you ASAP.
I’ll be posting a list of requested donations, as well as a link to a crowd fund. All I’m asking is that you donate $1. That’s it. If everyone chips in one dollar, I’ll be able to provide you with SO MUCH raw material for your build. If you’d like to give more, that’s great too! The more resources I have available, the more I can do for you.
I’m also asking for volunteers to take on an extra mod shift for your pre-feast tomb mod (Sat 2-6 PM), and then for main mod (Sat 8-12). Especially for main mod. Oh boy, do I want you for main mod. Please seriously consider PCing one, and NPCing the other. The bigger the hordes, the more fun everyone will have.
I'm really excited to hear all of your ideas, and I can't wait to see what you build! 17 days until Week in the Life!

The Mind Flayer, also known as an Illithid, is a creature of terrible mental powers. Gifted with the ability to control the minds of others, they are highly intelligent and thoroughly evil. Mind Flayers live in subterranean cities much like the dark elves. Their mental powers are usually of such great power that they can dominate entire villages under their control. There is no sure way to kill an Illithid, unless a well devised plan is executed properly.Mind FlayerThe Mind Flayer, also known as an Illithid, is a creature of terrible mental powers.
