PC:
Craig O'Dell as Lucien Belfast made an impression this month. Travance has been missing a zealous Valosian for quite some time, but one is back in a big way. Whether at mass, in debate or engaged with the enemy, Lucien was intense. He made an impression on many and spoke out against the dark gods, regardless of who was around. Lucien's dedication to Valos over all else is greater than many have seen in a long time, even when it might lead him into personal danger.
One player said, "Watching his performance over the weekend was a reminder of how good some of our veteran Players are and how we can overlook them because we always expect that level of RP from them." Well done Craig!
NPC:
The dreaded Spider Creature played by Damien looked fantastic and skittered around so eerily, many PC's in town wanted no part of being anywhere near it. While not being a main villan, it got noticed by several PC's who felt it really helped with the immersion of the game. Ick!
Player:
Joe Hines deserves some recognition this month for his work behind the scenes in Knight Realms. Somehow finding time to actually play, Joe's main focus is as Developer, he also went above and beyond with his team as a costumer this event with his work on the Spider Creature costume that took months to create. Thanks for creeping everyone out Joe!
Cabin:
The Monastery wins the award this month. Aside from the player-funded new floor, counter top and back splash, the building remained clean and neatly maintained so OOG items remained hidden for the event. The increased amount of good props and lighting in the building remained appropriate for the setting, making it very conducive to good role playing.
Honorable Mention:
The Bloody Stump deserves a shout for the job their crew did this month. During the night, it seemed as if they had they had a hundred tea light candles lit throughout the place, covering almost every surface in flickering light. The common area was setup nicely with great props and no OOG items in sight. As a destination in Travance, it pretty much begs for you to sit there to share a drink and a story...and probably a bar fight or two.
