I actually found this a few months ago, but totally forgot to post about it.
Found outside the barons manor. If it's not an NPC prop, then I have an idea of who it might belong to (Will Bartlet...?)
Describe it to prove ownership and it shall be returned. If unclaimed I will keep it for myself because it's a pretty sweet phys-rep, but I'd feel better if I could get it back to the proper owner.
I will have it with me tonight at the banquet and at the January event.
