LOST: ORANGE TUBE was created by Arden (Shelby)
an orange tube with white caps meant to hold documents was taken/moved from the Kaladonia statehouse between Thursday and Friday. It has Forest's name and address on it, and was meant to be delivered to me. I believe he's offering both an IG and OOG reward for it being found and returned safely to me.
