Haven't We done this before? was created by Aughisky (Aughisky)
Hey everyone. I posted here before, asking about going to the last game. Plans changed at the last minute, as they are wont to do, and I wasn't able to make it. I can't remember if I posted that here last time. :(
But, happy news. I'm going to be coming to this weekend's event.  ;D
I'm going to come with 2 friends, possibly 3 (the third hasn't decided yet). Two of us are new, but I've larped a bunch before, so we should be alright. :)
Hope to see you all there!

As a fellow new player (been to one event so far, but I'm hooked), I look forward to meeting you.

Hey there and I am glad to hear you will be able to come out this weekend. But I have to ask that you please sign your posts per our forum rules. You must put at least a part of your real name as a part of your signature. We are a community who meets on a regular basis and we want this forum to foster those meet-ups by helping everyone put a face and a name to the posts made here.

Whoops!
Sorry about that. Was an accidental oversight, honest. :D

Fixed now.

I believe the official term for this is PEBKAC.

"Ok we can attack... but if we miss, we'll hit the villagers."
"I'm willing to take that chance!"

Things I am no longer allowed to do in an RPG :
31. The backup trap handler is not whoever has the most HP at the time.
73. Not allowed to name my cudgel Ceremonial Whoopass Stick.
74. My thief's battle cry is not "Run And Live"

PEBCAK*

Actually, the commonly accepted acronym is, as Jenna stated, 'PEBKAC'.  (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair)  I've seen it reversed in such a manner, but to anyone who's been around computers for the better part of microcomputing history (Yes, I realize I'm still young, but everything before my time with it was neither 'Better' nor 'micro'. ;)) will tell you the acronym originated in such a manner, and will puritanically defend the correct order of the words. ;)
