Lather, rinse, repeat.
To answer what I believe you're getting at, yes, there are showers at both camps we use. You are obviously responsible for your own soap, towel, etc.
Also, showering IS highly encouraged.

To further clarify... The summer camp has a Bath House with a Men's & Women's sides (separate, of course), with hot water and flush toilets. They're not sparkling white tile, but they get you clean - think a normal shower house for a Boy Scout / Girl Scout camp. (i.e. - bring flip flops to wear in the house.)
At Camp Sac (used during the Winter months), there's 2 showers upstairs, and one downstairs, in the Inn building.
Traveling to and from the showers / bathrooms should be done In-Game. Once you're in the washrooms, you're OOG, obviously (You're not going to get jumped by goblins or robbed while in the shower). The reason I mention traveling to the bathrooms IG is that there has actually been some cool Role-Play as a Dark Elf headed to the showers (and the player went to switch PCs) when he got jumped by Sylvans on the path - things like that would not have happened if the player had gone OOG to go get showered.

Camp Sac: Main Building (aka Inn) has 2 bathrooms. Upstairs bathroom with 2 shower stalls. 1 downstairs bathroom with 1 shower stall. Health Cabin (across from Inn, usually guards barracks) has bathroom with 1 stall.
Daddy Allen: Shower building. Men's side has a communal shower with plastic sheets separating the nozzles.
Shehawqua: Shower building. Men's side has stalls.
That's what i can recall last time i used the showers at the camps.

The showers are set very as US custom rather than European custom. You will have privacy. Even the out houses with tiolets are separated. The girls are all satlls in Shehaqua. Daddy Allen I can't recall but when Geoff said its like A GS camp he was right. These are state run/owned PA (Commonwealth) lands. Privacy is maintained.

KR does provide hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels in the bathrooms, of which there are two stalls (and a urinal) in the mens's showering area . The hand soap dispenser is not for showering use. If you notice that any supplies are low or missing when in the area, please let someone in the kitchen know. They will give you what is needed to restock the area.

Sometimes....
I haven't showered at Camp Sac since I was a wee little girl scout, but i remember it being Cold Water and Cold Water... This might have changed. I do have one girl scout camp memory of HOT Water but cannot recall if it was Camp Sac, Camp Sacy (in south jersey) or Oak Spring.

The water is adjustable... as long as you don't run out of hot water in the tank.
In all seriousness, we do make one request while at Camp Sac - no showers (in the Main Building) during the time during / after Feast. The reason for this is that one shower will drain all the hot water, making it impossible to do the dishes, and leaving people working in the kitchen extra long to compensate, which is unfair to them. No one wants to spend an extra 2 hours working in cold water doing dishes when they could be playing the game!
