You only need a license to drive or have a dog.  Think of the intelligence of the average person - then factor in half the population do not meet that standard, and about a quarter fall into the "common sense isn't" category. 

Damn - in 5 3/4 years I will be depending on some of them to support my SS payments.  Quick - all of you get high paying jobs.
