"Ok we can attack... but if we miss, we'll hit the villagers."
"I'm willing to take that chance!"
Things I am no longer allowed to do in an RPG :
31. The backup trap handler is not whoever has the most HP at the time.
73. Not allowed to name my cudgel Ceremonial Whoopass Stick.
74. My thief's battle cry is not "Run And Live"

...well, sort of.
I mentioned this at the Festival, but didn't want to make it massively public until the paperwork was signed. And now it has!
Some of you may know it as the job I've been incessantly trying NOT to talk about for the last 6 months, at my top-choice company that I've been putting all of my energy into since I was laid off in May: In a few weeks, I'll be moving up to Troy, NY to accept a contract position as Production Assistant at the game company 1st Playable . I'll finally, finally, FINALLY be getting to do art and design for console (DS and Wii) games, no more web and PC! Its a 3rd party developer doing mostly Intellectual Property stuff for companies like Nickelodeon, Disney, and Marvel.
The contract is only through to the end of January, so its not a permanent move YET (i'll find out after the project ends if they want to keep me on full-time, and in what capacity), but I wanted to let everyone know, thank you all for your support, and to especially thank the small handful of people who really stood by me when I was at my darkest over the last few months.
Hopefully, this won't have any effect on my attendance at KR, but even if it does you can bet you won't be rid of me that easily. Troy's only 3 hours away...
Thanks again everyone!

Congratulations. I'm really happy that you found a position doing what you want to be doing. Good Luck in permanent at the company!

Some good news. You can probably car pool with a few others and you are right, there is no excuse to miss KR Events. None of this "I'm working" crappola.

Jeremy S. as Kanas Whisperwood
I don't think we've ever seen Jeremy as animated as he was this event, but he sure gave it his all. Not letting anything stop him, he dove into action investigating Jack Willard, as well as the other serial killers let loose in the town. We appreciate your dedication to the character's attitude!Jeremy S. as Kanas Whisperwood
