anti apple rant was created by Secarius (Secarius)
one june 8th 2011 apple sent an email to Fed-Ex their primary delievery service for residential delivery of online/phone orders of apple products. stating that all products be returned to sender. IE sent back from wherever they are in the delivery process and be returned to Apple Corporate in Elk Grove California. instead of just oh I dont know calling fedex and refersing the return to sender order. Apple decided to make some 3000 customers wait an additoional 2-3 weeks for delivery of the purchased products. I do not know about you but I know I want to /ragequit when I am forced to suffer... in this particular case not get my a particular item when promised... because someone at apple is too stupid/lazy/incompetent to do their job correctly.  and yes it is ALL of apples fault. not just the fault of the singular person wo was incompetent.

again some incompetent boob at Apple Fubar'd and I along with some 3000 other people have to suffer because of it.

thank you andy. your condolences are deeply appreciated. lol. that was a bit of sarcasm in there but in truth I am quite bothered by this . and Im certain there are many other people that are put out by it as well.

the issue has aparently been resolved. Apple is engraving a new new Ipad for me and reshipping it to me as well as giving me a partial refund. (I presume they are also doing such for the other delieveries. all of which I have discovered are private residence deliveries) so aside from the personal inconvenience. I am baffeled by how Apple thinks sending out newnew product is more cost effective than correcting the erronious return to sender order they sent to FedEx. but perhaps for them it is. I dont know Im just a consumer who from now on will ALWAYS think thrice before making an online purchase of product from Apple.
