Sooooo, almost everyone knows that I'm leaving for two months in Israel this Saturday. What you DON'T know is that I was laid off from my job yesterday, and depending on how circumstances work out there's now a chance this temporary international relocation may become... slightly less temporary. As in like, permanent. As in, selling my Civic and buying a camel.
I might be back as early as March, in which case I shall feel quite silly, so disregard all sentiment. But just in case I'm not.... I've already said most of my goodbyes at the banquet, but I just wanted to reiterate how much I love all you guys (well, most of you
), how much I'm going to miss the game, and what an absolute BLAST these last 5 years have been.
I'll still be in contact via Facebook, and I'll try to lurk the forums a bit, so its not like I'm falling off the face of the earth. Everybody have a great winter, and I'll hopefully see you again in the spring!

not that many camels in Israel as I recall.... but times change. 
Stay safe, pay attention to who is around you and learn the environment (natural and person-relates). That information might just allow you to come back safe and sound.
I am sorry we did not get more time to talk IC and kill more things in the wilds of Travance together. Perhaps when you return.
