I was wondering how many of us are gamers that participate in "sanctioned" events. Like when Geoff has his Dex-Con event going, some folks there play RPGA sanctioned games for the Living Greyhawk, Living Underdark, etc... games/mods. I am signed up with the RPGA (though I haven't played in over 3 years and I am sure my membership has expired). I am interested in seeing if anyone here plays Shadowrun and maybe thinking about participating in the new, up-coming Shadowrun Mission: NYC story arc.

I run a Shadowrun game in DE... or at least I did last summer and intend to continue it as soon as my players get their acts together. I hadn't heard about the NYC arc, but I'm interested now!

The 4th edition of Shadowrun and the folks behind it are trying to expand out and are starting up, RPGA-like games where people from all over can play sanctioned modules and use their own characters, following the 4th ed rules.

I am trying to find out when/where any game events near me maybe taking place and possibly try to attend one.

After swearing to sit back and relax, Katie decided to take on many marshalling duties out in the field with her white headband on. Both Saturday and Sunday, you could find Katie helping other marshals with the weekend as well as helping to direct plot/combat with the NPCs. Given her promises not to marshal and enjoy her first game back in awhile, she took charge and helped to keep game moving regardless, she is awarded this month.

Honorable Mention - Jon, Doug, and Aaron are to be mentioned for their dedication in taking on roles that blended into the fabric of the game seamlessly. The high bar they set with their rp gave the rest of the members of the town a realistic and believable reason to RP with them. Kudos guys!
