Help please?

I have tried to send an email to the character card helpline, regarding the fact that my email/card is not in the card system, probably due to my horrid handwriting. Two weeks or so after I originally sent it, I bumped it to the top of the card helpline inbox. Around a week or two later, I have still not gotten a response. Could someone please give me advice on how to resolve this, preferably before the next event, which I plan to attend?

Quick checklist: I assume you have attended at least one event.
Did you list an email address on your card?
If yes, was it a yahoo account? In the past, the system has had trouble with yahoo accounts.
Did your card make it to the card box at the end of the event?

Many folks on the staff are now at Dreamation, so all logistical paperwork, writing, updates maybe on the back burner until after the convention.

The last event was just this Valentine's Day weekend, so it's only been less than a week since the event ended & all things were turned in.

The next KR event isn't for another 2 weeks. Try waiting another week if you can, & see if an update occurs then. The staff is pretty busy at the moment, I'm sure.

I listed an email address. I'm just concerned that my handwriting may have been so abysmal that it got put in to the database wrong. It is gmail... and I think it got into the card box.

Did you make a character, or were you NPCing. Also, was last event your first event?
