Bringing an issue up to us within a reasonable time frame was created by Gallion (Gallion)
The following below has been added to the policies page. On occasion people will come to us weeks after an event is over and tell us about something they saw or heard. When that happens it is very hard to address the situation. If an issue is brought to us immediately, we will have a far better chance of investigating the details and getting to the truth.
Bringing an issue to our attention within a reasonable time frame:
There are many policy issues that must be followed and enforced. Generally we like to think that our members would not break these policies, however if at any time you are a witness to such an act, we ask that you bring any incident to our attention immediately after witnessing it. In failing to do so, the task of acting on that issue becomes monumentality difficult. We can't operate on "He said, she said" a week after the fact when some of the parties may not be reachable, and the details have been given time to have gotten fuzzy. We will always seek to uphold these policies; however due to the nature of difficulty in getting to the truth, after too much time has elapsed, we reserve the right not to investigate a situation if something isn't reported expediently.

A quick /bump as a reminder on this policy.
Also, if you are not sure who to bring something to - anyone who is a member of Staff is capable of helping you.

Please try to bring any urgent issue up on-site, so we can address them immediately, and not after people involved have left the camp / game.

Baroness: "Billliamm, I'm teaching the bards a song that will calm the enraged, and I can think of no better person to assist than you."
Billliamm: "Uh... are you sure you want me flying into a rage inside your nice house... with all your nice things?"
Baroness: "I think this sounds like an excellent lesson to be taught outside."
