To those newer citizens of Travance,
I know the influx of new travellers across the rift to our town has been constant these last few months. Every time I walk into the Dragon's Claw Inn I see more faces I have not been acquiainted with yet. It has not been so long that I do not remember walking into the common room for the first time myself, a scared girl, alone and without a friend in the world. I remember being intimidated by the crowds, the noise, the battle and even the nobles of that day. It can be a long and arduous struggle to make a name for yourself in Travance and I remember well fighting under the shadow of those who had been here before me.
I put forth this proposition to any man or woman, regardless of race or background. I am looking for a few upstanding, honest and most of all dedicated people to bring into my personal retinue as the Lady of Alisandria. These people will be Vassals of Alisandria but will serve me directly in a day to day capacity. I am willing to speak to any and all people, regardless of how long they have been in town, who believe they have something to offer and who have the spirit to make a difference with the life Gaia has given them. These people will, of course, be appropriately repaid for any service given.
On a more general note - please do not, ever, no matter your rank, feel you cannot approach me. I am aways willing to listen and share what I can. I am not deaf to the reputation the nobles of Travance sometimes have, and I tell you it is not an easy place to hold title, but I will never belittle a person for any honest attempt to help or learn.
The light gods bless and keep you all,
Lady Rosa Devirr
High priestess of Gaia and Lady of Alidandria

If I may make an addition to Lady Devirr's personal missive,
Any citizens who would like to Vassal to Alisandria in a court capacity outside Lady Devirr's personal retinue can seek out myself, or the Court Chancellor, Casandra Blythe to learn what Alisandria can offer you.
I am currently considering applicants for open high court positions and additions for the Alisandrian guard.
Our strength is our people. Without them, we are nothing.
I look forward to making your acquaintance,

Mother Rosa, you saved my life twice with scarce little thanks from me I owe you a debt of gratitude. Furthermore, I, as an inhabitant of nature wish to learn what I can of this deity who claims to have power over life. It would seem that the best way to repay my debt to you and to learn of the goddess Gaia would be to place myself at your service. I am new to this land and have yet to learn many skills but with practice by next moon I will beable to identify and sew wounds of my fallen comrads. I hope I can be of service in someway.
