Let this notice serve as an official invitation to the renowned Baron William Montgomery of Travance, his worthy Lords, the Khitanese people residing in Travance, and anyone having encountered or having information concerning recent events with the Kunei activities in Travance.
His most honorable and gracious, Daimyo Mujina Kitsuki has arranged for open audience with him five hours past the high sun in order to gather information on the criminal faction known as the Kunei. His grace also wished to negotiate trade agreements between the Empire of Jade and Travance with the renowned Baron William Montgomery of Travance, or an appointed official permitted to speak on behalf of the renowned Baron William Montgomery of Travance, in his absence. All those attending shall arrive at the building known in Travance as the Guard Barracks promptly at the designated hour.
