It is hereby decreed that any mage with knowledge of any high magic present himself or herself to me, in person. This applies to those who reside in Travance on a permanemt or temporary basis and those who travel into or through Travance for business, personal or otherwise. The penalty for failing to comply with this decree will be severe.
