February Merchant's Guild Meeting

My fellow merchants,

We shall be having a meeting of the Merchant's Guild of Travance at 11 bells on the day of the Baronial Feast in February.

New merchant and business licenses will be handed out at that point, in addition to a discussion on other matters pertaining to the Merchant's Guild.

I have, for the past few months, been having a run of bad luck in scheduling my services to the Barony, and had to do so during Market Faire. Given that I will not be able to complete my journey to the proper until late in the evening, I foresee this pattern continuing this month. When should I (and any others who find themselves in my position) approach you to discuss Guild business?

...the Chancellor will make announcements or speak on general trade matters, as well as assign tables. Those not attending this meeting without any forewarning to the Chancellor will be required to pay a fine of 1 gold piece to the Chancellery of Trade.
