It is His Excellency's suggestion that the following schedule of events on Saturday be adhered to in future:
11 bells to 2 bells - Market Faire at the Dragon's Claw Inn
2 bells - Meeting of His Excellency and his Small Council at the Baron's Manor
3 bells - Meeting of the Imperial Guild of Ostcliff at the Ostcliff encampment
4 bells - Meeting of the Mage's Guild of Travance at the Mage's Guild
5 bells - Mass for the Church of Light at the Monastery
6 bells - The Baronial Feast at the Dragon's Claw Inn
His Excellency and his Small Council realize that this is not changing anything and that we have generally held to these times already. This is simply formalizing His Excellency's wish that all the organizations involved each have a full hour of the afternoon to themselves in which to conduct their business.
