Purchasing land in the Barony was created by Ehlenathelasa Blacktree (ehlena)
Is it permissible for [strike]citizens[/strike] subjects of the Barony to purchase land within the Proper, and if so who must I speak with regarding such a matter?

When I purchased my house and the surrounding land in Kaladonia. the Baron was the one with whom I spoke. The Count is also authorized, by Law, to handle such matters.
