Enemy unit comprised of 30 Goblins, 10 Orcs, 1 Hobgoblin and an Ogre bearing the mark of the highly infected, a purple X across the face. Battle was long, Ogre possessed incredible strength, capable of knocking our troops into the air with even a slight swing.

Enemy diverted, Hobgoblin captured and en-route to Travance. Should arrive the evening before the Baron's Feast. Make ready to gather intelligence.

Ilana and Myself are well, and have ensured the safety of our unit.

IMPORTANT MEDICAL NOTES

This Ogre should not have been able to be infected, especially with such a strong reaction. They have mutated the infection and deliberately infected their own people.

If they can spread the infection from Goblinoid to others? Unknown.

Be cautious, there will more likely be more of these infected soldiers on their way if they break through any lines of defense.

The front lines have held out as long as we could. The goblins in the main force, are simple enough to beat back and cut down, but in the end the trouble comes from the infected ogres. I watched them trample and throw their own troops in order to get to us, and break through. Do not be disheartened. Though they are mighty and dangerous, they do fall. Beware a charging Orge with a purple X on their face. A swing of their arm could break yours, and a solid hit can send you flying. Do not engage them on your own, but as a team.

They enemy will lay their lives down for their cause. We need to stand tall, be ready, and strike them down. Do not die for the cause unless you have to, for you will serve your land, our barony, our kingdom and our king better by living in the name of our cause. We will not lose this town, for we are stronger than they know, and they will regret pushing against the might of Kormyre.
