Bracelet of Desert Winds

At the request of Count Sebastian Everest of Winterdark, we will offer a door prize drawing for all those who attend the Market Faire on Saturday. Each subject will be invited to submit their name, written on a slip of parchment, and from the collected names, one winner will be drawn. From beyond the burning sands of the great western desert, an artifact acquired in the fabled markets of Ja’Hagon is offered as the prize for February. It is a silver-colored bracelet with Bedouin script, and it grants the wearer Flame Shield, Gust of Wind, and Scorching Touch (x1 per period each).

The prize will be awarded to a winner drawn at random, with just one requirement:


The prize will be drawn at Market Faire exactly at the stroke of One Bell. If the person whose name is drawn does not come forward at once, another name will be drawn! All entries must be dropped in the "hat" by 12:45. Good luck to everyone!
