Find yourself at a market,
I run a small stall.
Have a drink, a rat, or gruel

Do we meet once more?
This foreign, western frontier
Shares one name to us

Dust, Jade, Moon, Sun, Night and more
Surcease and onset.
Or something simpler, or not.

To formless nothing,
definer of existence
edged by what may be.

A package arrives
unexpected but welcome
what a nice surprise

It's amazing how
a friend I have not yet met
can brighten my day

Five paths may be described:

Balance, the path of action,
Chaos, the path of acceptance,
Nothing, the path of insight,
Order, the path of empire,
and the Multitude, the entirety.

And in chosen combination,
so make philosophies and philosophers.

Chaos - or Change -
the verdant forest burns to ash - leaving new seeds to grow.
Whether pleasure or pain, the know or the un-know,
the phoenix's fire is neither biddable nor bridle-able.
Chance changes, changes chance
Foundations shift
and such is what may be and yet be.

Thus may be the way of Chaos - or Change.
