I've spent the better part of the five days searching for references in any library to anything leading on information on Basilisks. I have thoroughly searched the baronial library, and any other resources at my disposal and turned up nothing.
If you have books in your personal libraries with anything so much as referencing them, it would be of great help to me.
Additionally if you know the creature by another name, I may need to set out in the world in search of information, and it would help to know if it is referenced by other names in other cultures.

If you have tomes or personal knowledge to do the research with, that is what I am interested in. Otherwise I suspect you will encounter the same blocks I have.

My personal library is extensive but I'm not sure if it will have anything in it; I will cross reference with Ilana' s library (with her allowance) and the scholars tables, as well as interview others who may be knowledgable on the subject.
I'll make sure to bring up the topic at the Scholars study group, see if we can find something.
