For this upcoming gathering I prepare for you all a healthy feast!
I make this announcement so that all can know in advance what their options are!

Citrus Salad (V / GF)
Light greens, tomatoes, cucumber and carrots with a citrus vinaigrette

Lemon Herb Chicken (GF)
Thinly sliced chicken in refreshing lemon and herb marinade, grilled & roasted

Aromatic Rice (V /GF)
Rice steamed with rosemary

Maple Wasabi Barley Stir Fry (V)
Pearled barley, mushrooms, carrots, scallion, and brussels sauteed with maple wasabi sauce.

Fresh Fruit
Pineapple and Watermelon
