Here I write humbly to request all forms of assistance in these upcoming conflicts. Please watch your brothers and sisters ever vigilant during engagements. As much as we desire glory, we find it by working together. Find two or three members of this town and work closely with them. If there is a new towns member that is unsure of their own prowess I ask that you give them rise. If you feel you are uncapable of such please seek me out and I will endeavor to give them the tools needed to bring out the best I know capable of.
