The only runes currently craftable by PCs are those available to the Artisan class. There are a hypothetically infinite number of runes available as loot, and there are a number available as purchases from Item Conversion:

However, when Heroic classes are introduced, there may be more craftable runes added.

ok, but to clarify the Aritsan Mastery Skill "Inspiration" would only allow a Artisan to craft the Runes they can "MAKE" correct? so it would utilize the Artisan runes, and any Heroic runes that become accessible to the Artisan in the future?
(meaning none of the infinite runes, but specifically the ones that are physically craft-able by the PC)
Sorry if I am probably being a bit redundant on my wording.
Thanks

Rune of Warding
This item defends an attack which would
inflict the Unconscious status and renders
the user Immune to it for five minutes. This
item must be slotted in a relic currently
Attuned to the user in order to be activated.
Does the immunity work against the same attack or against all methods of unconsciousness.
Ex) im hit with an attack and auto cast Sleep with sigil mastery. The Sleep is defended with Rune of Warding and i decide ill use a Fuming Oil to try from a different source.
Thank you!

Yes - Inspiration would be usable with ANY rune the character can craft, including potential Heroic class Runes.

It would make you immune to the Unconsciousness trait, which includes any attack that inflicts it (i.e. Sleep, Waylay, etc.) However if someone used an Unconsciousness Bane effect, or you willingly take the effect (such as if you Intercept it) that would still bypass the immunity.
