Revelation and Camoflage was created by Mantel (sigma-j)

Revelation
This ability instantly dispels a target’s
concealment. The character need not detect
the target in order to use this ability.
Spell (Rank II, Unique), Attack (Metaphysical)

Camouflage
This ability defends the character from a
Concealment (Detection) ability and renders
the character Immune versus Concealment
(Detection) skills for one minute or until she
takes action affecting another being.
Periodic, Reaction (Defense)

Does Revelation explicitly allow a character to target her enemy when he is explicitly concealed?
Can the concealed enemy defend herself from his Revelation by using Camouflage?
Does Revelation explicitly allow a character to dispel her enemy's concealment while he is under the immunity conferred by his Camouflage?

Mantel Warrane (AWz., QMA; AM, WSS)
Grand Librarian Emeritus, Darkwood Academy of the Metaphysical Arts
Professor Emeritus of Weave Studies, Darkwood Academy
Warden of the Keep, Allied Territory of Corvancia

Yes, you may use Revelation on a target that is Concealed and you cannot see.

Revelation is not a Detection ability, so Camouflage would neither defend it nor grant immunity to it. It can be defended by anything that would stop a Metaphysical attack.
