Parking
When you come into the camp, follow any speed limit signs you may see within, if you don’t see any signs keep it below 15 MPH. Drive until you see a road to the left and turn Left. If you come up past a barn and a house you have gone too far. Turn left again into a large open field and park. At night, when leaving follow the same speed rules and don’t blast any music until you have completely left the camp. The ranger’s house is in the middle of the camp.
Arrival Time
While the event starts at Noon, what that means is that I need people to arrive between 10-11. I want to try to have everyone signed in by noon. Please keep an eye on the time and try not to be hanging around the parking lot around noon, as we will want you inside the in-game part of the camp to call lay-on. You can begin role-playing as soon as you enter the in-game area, even if its before noon. Just expect that we will call a lay-on officially around noon as well.
End Time
We will try to have any plot stuff done and over before 10. That way people can leave between 10 and midnight at their leisure.
Mud and the Yurts
It will likely be muddy. Please be very carful not to track mud on the yurt carpets. We will put some type of fabric or rug at the inside of the doors, wipe your feet on them thoroughly before walking around in the yurt. Please be very mindful of this, because if the carpets are even a little muddy Sunday morning, than myself and others will have to spend many hours just to clean them.
NPC Duty
There is no NPC duty, HOWEVER, we really will need some of you to step up and volunteer like 2 hours sometime during the festival. As a reward for doing so we will give you an extra point of build. There will be a sign up sheet with a few two hour slots on it. Please consider signing up, so that we can have some NPCs to work with to help stir the pot in the downtimes and help make any planned mods worth fighting against.

It isn't enough to talk about peace, one must believe it.
And it isn't enough to believe in it, one must work for it.

There will be. I've been on him about that
But I'll post what I've said to every person:
If you have generic costumes and generic weapons, please bring them along. It's always nice to have too much then too little.
