Set-up and Arrival
Earliest arrival time this event is Noon. I will need some people to volunteer to meet me there at noon to help me set up and pick up props from the nearby locker. Please send me a PM to let me know if you can be there at noon.
Sign-in
Sign in will start between 6-7pm. Here is a detailed process of how Sign-in will work:
1) Register with James
2) Pick an NPC Slot
3) Pick up both your Alt Card and your regular character card. (Note, if the cards are not there by sign-in you will get a ticket saying that you paid and can get your card when they arrive)
4) Weapon/Armor/Item Cards – For every weapon phys rep you have to a maximum of two weapons per character, you will get assigned a random weapon card, it will be a normal weapon, a silver weapon, Mythirl, Meteric, or Magic. You will use whatever armor card you have used in the past for your character, if you need to have a new armor suit evaluated, the regular process will apply. You will get a 25% chance that you can start with a random magic trinket.
