MB came up with a very good idea. Each area with a bathroom should have a stock of supplies on hand. They will consist of 6 rolls of toilet paper, 2 of paper towels, two trash bags and a full dispenser of hand soap. I know of six such areas: Each area near a statehouse, the barracks, and the bathhouse. I would like someone who plans on staying in each area to contact me and take responsibility for bringing them to the appropriate area. They will be available in the kitchen and any Kitchen Marshal on hand will know where they are.
What we will need from the people staying in those areas is for someone to go to the kitchen and re-up when any of the supplies are running low.
