New Staff Member: Logistics Deputy

Logistics Deputy - This staff member is authorized to oversee Logistics, the Monster Marshal staff and NPCs during a KR event. The Logistics Deputy has the full authority of an officer when dealing with matters in Logistics or relating to Monster Marshals, Storytellers, or NPCs. The Logistics Deputy is also authorized to ensure that Monster Marshals adequately perform their duties during the event and can reassign an MM from that duty to NPC duty for the remainder of his or her shift if it is deemed necessary for the proper functioning of Logistics; in such a scenario the Logistics deputy must find a willing replacement or assume responsibility for the shift personally.
