Rules Update: Necromantic Terror was created by Ardentfyre (Ardentfyre)
The following changes have been made to Necromantic Terror:
* Added: Condition (Paralyzed) to clarify it's effect.
* Reduced time of effect to one minute to be in line with all Condition (Paralyzed) effects.

Necromantic Terror
4 MP; Traits: Arcane (Necromancy), Attack, Ranged, Mental, Condition (Paralyzed)
This spell causes an opponent to become frozen with fear, and inflicts one minor insanity point. The opponent cannot move or take action of any kind for a duration of one minute. This is a mental effect, not a fear effect.
* Added: Condition (Paralyzed) to clarify it's effect.
* Reduced time of effect to one minute to be in line with all Condition (Paralyzed) effects.
