X fine black Sharpies
Pine-sol
Air Freshener

200 Paper Plates, Hvy duty
55 gallon Contractor trash bags/liners
180 12 oz insulated cups

3# coffee
5 canisters sugar drinks/Gatorade TAKEN
Plastic Spoons

Plastic Forks
Toilet Paper
Sugar

Coffee Mate
1 canister Swiss Miss

we need a new pastry cutter/grill scraper - I have ordered

pancake syrup

DISH RAGS - hit garage sales, flea markets, I don't care. The little washcloth sized ones are useless, We need hand towel or larger size

I have no idea about the pastry cutter/scraper

I have two staplers on site and can provide on to logistics if needed. What size staples?

I have to go to staples this week anyway. Any particular type of stapler? A larger stapler would be harder to misplace and may be more durable. Would it help to get one of those pen chains like they have at the bank to help keep track of it? Let me know.

we need at least 10 lbs of coffee - we will go through 3 lbs on friday night/Saturday dawn -

I suggest buying a case of cups and bringing them upstairs 2 sleeves at a time.
