From this coming event moving forward, the Sunday NPC/Marshal shift is being changed to be specifically 9AM to 1PM.
This is to fit in line with every other 4 hour shift that must be completed and so that we can always allow for the NPCs on that shift to get some time as their PCs on Sunday.
