I don't know about anyone else, but I seem to get batches of the same PM. It will tell me I have 2 or 4 new, for example, but when I open my mailbox, it's multiple copies of the same message.
If I legitimately did get more than 1 PM, I will see the 2 or 3 messages I got, and whichever one I received last will have at least 2 copies of itself in my inbox.
This occurs with messages from a few different people, and I'm not sure if it's a server side or client side issue. If client side, I'm not sure if it's on my end or theirs.

Hm. Given the only client that should be working is the website itself (I don't know of any other working clients yet), it's likely server side.
VINCE, and ONLY VINCE - send me a PM? I'll see what happens.
(PS - It's Chronicler making sure you have backup copies.)
