The tide of refugees entering Travance has slowed, but still they come in numbers that one day would have been staggering. The Hero's of Travance have yet again shown their power to overcome obstacles. What could have been a nightmare of death, disease and hunger has settled into a kind of rhythm of hope and changed lives. There are still challenges ahead, but things appear to be taking a turn for the better.

The leadership of Travance has continued to establish order within the Proper. By some estimates nearly a thousand refugees have found permanent homes here. If it weren't for the occasional burned out home or damaged roadway you would think that nothing had touched this fair city.

In Alisandria things have settled into a kind of steady pace of rebuilding. There is a sense that it will all get done in due time.

Dreaga'mire has filled to overflowing with refugees though and there is not enough proper housing for all of them. Yet it is difficult to convince those who live on the sea to settle far from it. Still, if nothing is done about the overcrowding soon riots are likely to break out. Ship repairs are occurring at all hours in Port Valandra and when the workers are done with their shift many of them are heading to just outside the city walls where the largest Gypsy encampment anyone has ever heard of has set up. There they find entertainments of all sorts.

Kaladonia, as a land, feels still. The wounds it has suffered will not be healed quickly. Thankfully though the repairs to the lumber mill have completed and it has started to operate again. The call for workers has gone out and there are plans underway for a second mill. The word has been put out to only harvest those trees that are already on the ground whether by natural causes or as a result of the recent devastation.

Honor's Peak in Pendarvin continues to settle a large number of refugees and the watch towers there are nearly repaired to full working order. Vindholm continues to be inundated with families of Dwarves and Barbarians that were unwilling to split up. Instead, they have crammed into housing that was not designed to accommodate so many. Some of the tribes have started to make signs of turf wars if conditions do not improve soon. Some minor fights have already broken out.

Hellock Keep and Tolaria in Ostcliff are also experiencing a bit of pain from overcrowding. A minor riot broke out in Vallenroe over the fact that some of the Goblins had better houses than people thought they should. Tensions are high.
