Hello all! I will be cooking this coming weekend for feast, (along with my amazing partner Ann) so here is the menu:
Fruit salad to start with which will comprise of grapes, pineapple, apples, berries, and possibly a melon. The main meal will be beef that will be marinated in a honey whiskey and fresh herbs. Along with the meat will be vegetables some fried and some steamed (peppers, parsnips, turnips, onions, scallions, celery, and tomatoes with some lime juice)
The vegetarian option will have all the same, minus the meat and replaced with mushrooms, red kidney beans and rice.
Dessert will be a sponge cake with cut up strawberries.
