Yes, you read that right, October.
With the next event so close we are going to open the Land System actions now but we will not close them until September 17th. This will give you plenty of time to get your actions in and give us plenty of time to return answers to you before the October game. So... get your action in early or wait until after the September events... your call, but remember, the actions you take will start sometime after today and end a little bit before the October event, so RP appropriately.
